Net Promoter Score Definition

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). A great tool for Scrum

We found this software by searching for a good Scrum tool for our project at university. Agilo for Scrum is easy to install and to setup teams, backlogs and the user permissions. It is necessary for our project to have the possibility to change the user story points. Another great feature is the nice Whiteboard. In conclusion, a great Scrum tool!
